Sexual Abuse Allegations Against Dr. Blaine McGraw
Video Transcript
Dozens of women have come forward accusing Army Major Dr. Blaine McGraw, an OBGYN who practiced at Fort Hood in Texas and previously at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii, of sexual assault, harassment, and exploitation during medical appointments. Survivors alleged that Dr. McGraw used his position of trust during pelvic and breast exams, including accusations that he secretly filmed patients without their consent. The army has reportedly identified evidence that at least 30 women were recorded during exams.
In 2025, McGraw was suspended and taken into military custody. The Army’s criminal investigation division launched an investigation within hours of the first report and hundreds of former patients were notified as more alleged victims came forward. If you experienced misconduct by Dr. McGraw, you have rights and options. Survivors may be able to report the abuse to Army CID and pursue accountability through an administrative claim and in some cases a civil lawsuit under federal law.
At Helping Survivors, we connect people with experienced sexual abuse attorneys who can explain your options through a free confidential consultation. If you or a loved one were impacted, please reach out to us today.
