Natasha Lettner is a survivor advocate, marketing consultant, SEO strategist, and passionate mental health advocate dedicated to helping others heal through the power of storytelling. She serves as a Lead Presenter with NAMI Southeastern Wisconsin’s End the Silence initiative, where she speaks to communities about mental health awareness and stigma reduction. Natasha also advocates within Health Union’s Postpartum Depression community. She is honored to now serve as a Content Creator and Advocate with Helping Survivors, using her voice to empower trauma survivors and amplify their healing journeys.

As the founder of Nafrini Communications, Natasha partners with health and wellness brands nationwide to elevate their message through consulting, content strategy, and digital storytelling. She also brings her voice directly to the public through two powerful social media reel series: PPD Talks, where she shares personal experiences and resources around postpartum depression, and Feminine Alchemy, which explores healing the wounded Divine Feminine energy. Through these platforms, she encourages others to share their stories and begin their own healing journeys.

Natasha lives in Wauwatosa with her husband and two sons. Outside of her advocacy and consulting work, she moonlights as a horror writer. An active member of the Horror Writers Association (HWA), her short stories appear in several anthologies, with more forthcoming in 2026. She continues to embody her mission: by healing herself, she helps others heal.
