In terms of the process, folks will reach out to Helping Survivors about what’s going on in their lives, instances of sexual abuse, and Helping Survivors will do everything they can to support them in that process. Whether it’s helping guide them to treatment or just hearing them out and being a resource for them. If they think that there is some potential legal analysis that needs to take place, they will reach out to us and connect the survivor with our law firm, and we will do everything we can to investigate whether or not there is a potential lawsuit that can be pursued because of the sexual abuse.
Helping Survivors is an organization on a mission to help heal, educate, and empower people who have been impacted by sexual assault and abuse.
