The allegations against Dr. Paduch include touching patients’ genitalia without their consent, including sometimes not wearing gloves, allegedly directing patients to masturbate in front of him, forcing them to watch pornography in his presence, and penetrating them both digitally and with sex toys and other objects without medical justification.
