Melinda Maxson is a Senior Counsel at Milberg PLLC with over 20 years of legal experience. She focuses on advocating for survivors of sexual abuse, assault, and exploitation, representing individuals harmed by companies, institutions, and individuals that failed to protect them from dangerous predators.
It has been the biggest honor of my career to represent survivors of sexual assault. Melinda graduated summa cum laude from Boston College and earned her J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where she was recognized with Order of the Coif honors. She is admitted to practice in Missouri.
