Melinda Maxson is a Senior Counsel at Milberg PLLC with over 20 years of legal experience. She focuses on advocating for survivors of sexual abuse, assault, and exploitation, representing individuals harmed by companies, institutions, and individuals that failed to protect them from dangerous predators.

It has been the biggest honor of my career to represent survivors of sexual assault. Any attorney working with families and survivors becomes forever changed by the experience of earning and building the level of trust this type of representation demands and deserves. At every turn, Big Tech, institutions, and trusted individuals have failed to do their part to protect the most vulnerable members of our society. Now, more than ever before, we must fight to protect and preserve the rights of survivors to seek accountability, healing and closure. It takes an unbelievable amount of strength for survivors to come forward and tell their stories. Their strength inspires me every day in the legal battles against the opponents seeking to silence them.
