Marc D. Grossman is a Senior Partner at Milberg, Co-Leader of the firm’s Sexual Abuse Practice Group, and President of the Trial Lawyers of Puerto Rico. With more than 30 years of legal experience, he focuses on helping survivors of sexual abuse, assault, and exploitation pursue accountability and justice through complex civil litigation. His work reflects a survivor-centered approach that emphasizes compassion, confidentiality, and careful guidance through every stage of the legal process. Drawing on decades of experience handling large and complex cases, he helps lead efforts to investigate claims, develop strong legal strategies, and pursue meaningful recoveries that support survivors’ healing and long-term stability.

Over the course of his career, Marc has also built a national reputation for his work in large-scale litigation and the resolution of complex claims. His experience negotiating significant settlements and managing high-stakes cases has made him a respected leader in his field and an important part of Milberg’s broader mission to hold powerful defendants accountable.

Marc has been a vocal advocate for families harmed by online child sexual exploitation, standing with parents and survivors in opposing forced arbitration clauses that would push critical child‑safety claims behind closed doors. In the Roblox and Discord child sexual abuse lawsuits, he has emphasized the importance of transparency and accountability.

Forced arbitration silences survivors. No one who has endured sexual assault or abuse should ever be pushed into a secret process designed to protect corporations instead of people.
