Glenn Phillips is a founding partner of Milberg and a dedicated advocate for survivors of sexual abuse, assault, and exploitation. With more than 35 years of civil litigation experience, Glenn has tried numerous jury trials and secured multi-million-dollar settlements, holding both abusers and negligent institutions accountable.
As a partner attorney of Helping Survivors, Glenn emphasizes that all individuals have the right to seek justice and ensures survivors are guided through the legal process with compassion, support, and rigor. His work spans cases against schools, employers, institutions, and corporations that failed to protect vulnerable individuals, helping survivors obtain compensation, closure, and systemic accountability.
Mr. Phillips is a recognized leader in consumer rights, product defect, personal injury, and pharmaceutical litigation, and has held leadership roles on numerous professional committees. He is an active member of the American Association for Justice, an Eagle member of the Washington Association for Justice, and a member of the non-profit Public Justice. A frequent speaker, he regularly addresses national and state audiences, including the National Trial Lawyers, Mass Torts Made Perfect, and the American Association for Justice, sharing his expertise and advocating for the rights of consumers and survivors alike.
