Gary Klinger is a Senior Partner at Milberg and Co-Leader of the firm’s Sexual Abuse Practice Group. He represents survivors of sexual abuse, assault, and harassment, holding corporations accountable for harm that occurred under their watch. Gary combines a survivor-centered approach with decades of experience securing recoveries in class actions, mass arbitrations, and other complex litigation, helping clients pursue both compensation and justice.
Gary is actively leading multiple high-profile sexual abuse cases, including Doe v. Expedia Group, Inc., Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., Marcelo F. Vargas-Fernandez, and T.T. v. Roblox Corporation. These cases reflect his focus on exposing systemic corporate failures, including policies and practices that enabled abuse while prioritizing profits over safety. He has emphasized that such cases are not isolated incidents, but demonstrate deliberate corporate choices that put children at risk and harmed families.
Many institutions have the power, knowledge, and resources to prevent abuse, yet too often they protect their own interests instead of the people they serve. I am driven to represent survivors and hold these organizations accountable, because no one should have to pay the price for systemic neglect or deliberate inaction. My passion lies in ensuring that survivors’ voices are heard and that institutions are required to take responsibility for their failures, providing survivors and their families the justice and closure they deserve.
