Hello, my name is Natasha Lettner. I am a spokesperson and sexual assault advocate with Helping Survivors. This mission is deeply personal to me cuz I too am a survivor of sexual assault. I know firsthand the silence, shame, and pain that can come with that experience. And I also know the power of reclaiming your voice. That’s why I’m committed to representing a company that has a goal of supporting survivors, helping them feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered.

Professionally, I am an entrepreneur and founder of a communications company I launched in 2020. In 2019, I began my advocacy journey by focusing on postpartum depression awareness with organizations like Health Union. Over time, my advocacy expanded to include NAMI southeastern Wisconsin’s in the silence program, which focuses on youth mental health education. Today, I am honored to continue this journey with Helping Survivors. I hope to make a positive impact by using both my own stories and skill set to raise awareness, spread education, and encourage justice for survivors. Through my voice and work, I want to create spaces where survivors realize they deserve healing, dignity, and respect.

Survivors need a resource like Helping Survivors because navigating life after an assault can feel overwhelming and isolating. Having access to clear, compassionate, and trustworthy information paired with advocacy is crucial for healing. Helping Survivors helps to connect individuals with the knowledge they need and where appropriate legal resources. To every survivor listening, I want you to know that your story matters. Your pain is real, but so is your strength. You are not defined by what happened to you. And Helping Survivors provides the tools and resources to support your healing journey.
